Lafayette Estates is prominently featured in the NY 1 News report, “What NYC Real Estate Can $300K Can Buy?” Jean Paul Ho was interviewed and there are really nice shots of a model apartment as well as the building (with the address shown) and neighborhood. This is great, as it comes right after the article in Brokers Weekly. The placements cover two key constituents – your fellow brokers and consumers. It also shows the developers with whom you work the effort the company puts into aggressively promoting projects.
